Attended a travel writing sembinar last night, the best of its kind I've ever attended given by Geoff Bartlett, a travel writer with 15 years experience. He offered a realistic approach and ideas for thinking outside the square. I woke up at 3am bursting with them and had to get up and write them down.
Fortunately I've finished the novel, am finishing off the printing, preparing it for Pam to read over the school holidays. So then I am going to do some research using Geoff's notes about some of the places I'm going to visit later in the year. He has offered to read anything we send him too which might help. Very inspiring.
